Senior Data Scientist

Design and development of analytics processes and algorithms
Sourcing, collecting and researching new data sources
Work closely with development teams to implement features into production
Work with management to develop a data science roadmap for future investments
Constantly explore the state of the art developments to evolve and improve the data processing and analytics

MSc or PhD in mathematics, computer science or related field
Experience in modeling and predictive analytics with experience working with unstructured data
Experience with machine learning tools in big data environments
Experience with commercial and open source analytics tools
Excellent problem solving skills
Prior experience in financial institutions (or other similar industries)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Designing presentation material describing project objectives, methods, data and results
Identifies and resolves data issues
Regular monitoring tasks for model performance
Work closely with development teams to implement features into production
Improve existing processes for data processing and analytics

MSc in mathematics, computer science or related field
Experience with commercial and open source analytics tools
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
